We integrate body, mind and Spirit
Yen Chen, Founder & CEO
Yen is a visionary and intuitive catalyst. Her superpower is sensing what wants to emerge—and turning possibility into action, creating the "1" from "0". In 2015, she founded Stage AI in New York, which was acknowledged by Ken Wilber as "doing pioneering and conscious work in China." She later launched Human 4.0 in China with the founder of Consciousness Hacking and faculty from Stanford’s Human Flourishing Program, as well as The Future Leadership Program at Esalen Institute in 2018—Esalen’s first offering designed for Chinese entrepreneurs. She is also the program curator for seminar series The Emergent - where sicence and technology meet spirituality.
Yen holds a Master’s in Integral and Transpersonal Psychology from CIIS and has studied with renowned spiritual teachers. Her core practices center on non-dual awareness and somatic intelligence.
Through Somatic Intelligence for Creativity, she helps others awaken the body’s wisdom as a source of creative flow. In 2024, Yen launched Spring Practice with Shinzen Young, a leading figure in meditation and contemplative science, and later established Spring Zero to fully align her work with her deepest passion in discovering the source for love and creativity.
